Renewal of vows
Organise a mass renewal of vows: maybe a huge (Korean style) mass ceremony in a local park or stadium, even smaller ceremonies…
Local Media
Contact you local radio and newspapers and try to get them to put in some positive material for marriage week (it fits well with the St Valentines day emphases they often have at that time.
